Camacho Demolition – 10/19/2018 – 03/11/2019

HR/AP Specialist – Assist with HR duties such as timekeeping, employee files, and hiring process. AP duties receive and post invoices for vendors. Match up picking tickets with invoices and post in quick books. Log in timesheets for subcontract drivers for 2 week periods and then post in quick books. Receive and post any contract labor timesheets/invoices for payment.

NATIONAL NURSING REHAB -06/07/2018 – 08/27/2018

SCHEDULER – Maintain weekly schedules of nursing staff and therapist. Maintain Referral log of possible patients. Maintain weekly Census log of both Medicare and Commercial patients. Contract therapy to contract Therapy Company and maintain visits for billing. On call for any scheduling issues. Maintain hospital log of patients admitted to the hospital. Maintain authorization log for commercial patients. Maintain weekly case conferences.


PROGRAM COORDINATOR – Assisted in activities related to the medical and psychosocial aspects of utilization and coordinated care. Initiated authorization requests for output or input services in keeping with the prior authorization list. Researched claims inquiry specific to the department and responsibility. Performed tasks necessary to promote member compliance such as verifying appointments, obtaining lab results. Assessed and monitored inpatient census. Screened for eligibility and benefits. Identified members without a PCP and refer to Member Services. Screened members by priority for case management (CM) assessment. Performed transition of care duties to include but not limited to, contact the member’s attending physician, member or medical power of attorney, other medical providers (home health agencies, equipment vendors) for information pertaining to special needs. Coordinated services with community based organizations. Attended marketing and outreach meetings as directed to represent the plan. Produced and mailed routine CM letters and program educational material. Data entry of assessments and authorizations into the system.

NATIONAL NURSING REHAB – 04/2008- 06/2012

PAYROLL/ALTERNATE ADMINSTRATOR – Process payroll for all of the company which included about 700-800 employees.

ALTERNATE ADMINISTATOR for Private Duty Services – In the absence of the Administrator assume the responsibility of managing the operation of the private duty services. On call, interviewing/hiring/training of new staff, billing and mailing out invoices.
