1. As HR Executive / Inventory Controller:

With M/s. Kosmonte Foods WLL. Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar.

• Oversee daily operations of HR Department.

• Maintain dally attendance sheet for the entire staff with additional overtime.

• Maintain separate files for each staff including, passport copies, educational certificates, experience certificates etc.

• Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary following HR processes and procedures.

• Sourcing the candidate that matching to the desired skills according to the department wise.

• Screening the candidate by Resume shortlisting, conduct telephonic or personal interview with the concerned departments and back ground verification of the shortlisted candidates.

• Sorting and processing invoices from suppliers.

• Issue LPO, Invoice, Delivery note, Stock summary etc...

• Enter new arrived stock materials on the system on the same day.

• Scanning forms and sorting the information on them.

• Monitors and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigate problems.

• Records purchase, maintain database; performs physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports.

• Process routine clerical duties, including data entry, assisting customers etc. 2. As an HR Executive:

• Keep a track of Employees attendance, leave, Medical etc. for the Pay roll procedures and prepare monthly salary for the Employees.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, such as recruitment training, surveys, meetings etc.

3. As an Accountant:

• Maintain staff records, pay roll, absenteeism, performance evaluation, conduct training, and other related administrative rolls.

• Evaluate and make report on daily transaction like loans, repayment, cash, gold, shares and insurance

• Coordinate activities of divisions, departments and branches like operations, services, planning, sales, and maintenance to affect operational efficiency economy.
