Microsoft Accessibility Project: This project is specifically for Microsoft (MS) for LMS software to address accessibility issues.

Worked directly with Microsoft team to resolve over 1000 accessibility issues and this gave me experience with direct client and the value I added for the company is knowledge of direct client interaction.

Had weekly meetings with MS to go over the updates and demo the fixes. Direct Client Interaction in identifying, prioritizing and resolving Customer satisfaction is the biggest achievement.
