services for up to 22 persons annually. I functioned as a 24 hour on call support
to clients, families & caregivers. The achievements involved support planning,

development of natural & artificial support networks. Actively assisting clients to
retain their Medicaid eligibility and collaboration of efforts with DCF protective
services and adult investigation staff. I traveled monthly to homes in a 240 mile
radius. My professional Department of Elder Affairs and Agency for Healthcare
Administration credentials have been renewed in 2018 and remain current.
