Ensure HSE Trainings/ Orientations given to all employees being assigned in the Projects and Subcontractors/ Visitors.

Develop (HIRA) Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment for the Project associated seen and unseen risk, this includes review and updating the register.

Prepare specific Job Safety Analysis on a particular Job that involves the Safety Officers, Engineers, Supervisors and Foreman as required.

Ensure all (P&M) Plant and Machineries are regularly inspected/ maintained by the competent technicians.

Ensure that all Lifting tools, Fire Fighting Equipment, Ladders and Full-body Harnesses have been randomly and thoroughly inspected by competent technicians, riggers, and scaffolding Supervisors.

All chemicals and paints use on site must have a MSDS, HazCom Training has to be carried out to all involved in Handling, Storing, and the use or applications of such chemicals.

Ensure Weekly Mass HSE Meeting being done on regular basis, as well as Safety Briefing by the Supervisors witness or assisted by HSE Officers on daily basis.

Initiate and/or involved in the Weekly Management HSE Walk-Around/ Site Inspections and regular HSE Coordination meetings which mainly dealing with issues and concerns pertaining the Project as it progresses.

The Project includes new substation building/ operators shelters and road interconnection works within the Shedgum Gas plant facilities. Safety Officer/ Safety Supervisor

Interact with Saudi Aramco/ Pritchard Loss Prevention/ (EHS) Managers on any updates, new requirements and trainings/ publications.

Ensure Gas Testing is being done by all HSE Officers on regular basis, especially before work starts during the shift including a continuous monitoring.

Conduct Emergency Evacuation Exercise or (EEE) in the Project Site, Office Areas, and in the Personnel’s Camp.

Investigate incident/ accident whenever required.

Prepare and submit Monthly Safety Statistics Report to the Management and forward to Pritchard/ Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention/ (EHS) Managers.

Conduct PTW Audit on random basis, and record the findings. Any non-conformance shall be communicated and rectified as soon as possible by the Job Supervisors and Foremen.

Conduct monthly inspections for all firefighting equipment, lifting/ rigging equipment, portable power tools, scaffolding platforms/ ladders, full-body harnesses and PPE’s.

Ensure road safety measures implemented such as road rerouting or closure maps preparation by the Engineering Section, announcing in public with the exact location of the road works, warning device, detour signage and markings are place in correct place and distances in accordance to Saudi Aramco regulations.

Ensure interface of man and machine are risk are being assessed all the time and communicate such identified hazards to the employees and or workforce through toolbox talks, trainings, etc.
