Mini-project (Design) on “COMPRESSOR AIR ENGINE”.

The main objective of this project is to make Eco friendly nature by the use of alternate fuel called “Compressed Air.”

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Main-project Design and Fabrication of “WOOD TURNING LATHE AND CIRCULAR SAW”.

The main objective of this project is to reduce the cost of machine while perform two operations (Turning &Cutting) using 1 HP single phase electric motor with 1440 rpm in single machine.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

I had worked in the Company “IMPACT METAL PARTS PRIVATE LIMITED” As a Maintenance and production department from September 2017 to January 2018 in VADODARA, GUJARAT STATE.

INTERNSHIP AND TRAINING:

Internship in “SINTER PLANT” at “VISHAKAPATNAM STEEL PLANT” From 02-05- 2016 to 21-05-2016.

Learned about how sintering process is carried out and waste heat recovery system to produce power.

Skill upgrading training course on “WELDING” AT “NATIONAL ACADEMY OF CONSTRUCTIONS” during 15 days period at Bommuru.

Learned about different types of welding techniques used to join metals.

Internship in ‘’NTPC (SIMHADRI) THERMAL POWERPLANT” in Visakhapatnam during 5 days period.

Learned about how power is produced from Coal and need of Ash Handling Plant in thermal Power Plant.

Completed 1 day of industrial tour of “GVK POWERPLANT” at Jegurupadu.

Learned about how power is generated from Gas and how combined operations are performed.
