Senior Director PMO
Transform company’s business strategy into full multi-tenant, cloud native architecture through consolidation of 3 EHR, PMS, analytics, and revenue management platforms. Provide leadership acumen for a team of 6 senior and 5 junior project managers, responsible for implementing the remediation plan after ONC audit fail in 2018 in collaboration with certification organization, Drummond.
Directed largest program in history of organization at $30M.
Provided oversight for the implementation of Corporate Integrity Agreement between Greenway and US Department of Justice (DOJ) to include ISO 9001 certification.
Established, defined, and managed project management methodologies and project management team within company; built dynamic team through execution of all hiring and training of project managers; adapted SAFe methodology.
Identified deep roots of problems company had with software quality, defining approach to fix problem, extensively working with product management defining Product Increments needed to address the changes required.
CITY OF NEW YORK (DOITT), New York, NY 2016 – 2018
Senior Program Director
Program director and leader of the DOITT / IBM team working on re-architecture and migration of 311 legacy Siebel system to Microsoft Dynamics on the cloud, which was a $50M program. Oversaw technology and business transformation to include mobile apps strategy and partnerships with external development companies working on the NYC Open Data Initiative.
Delivered brand new 311 platform as primary communication channel between administration and constituents. Collaborated with IBM / Microsoft deploying platform within budget and time constraints, which modernized and delivered state-of-the-art service to all New Yorkers.
Oversaw the integration of the GIS system and a city asset management system in the 311 solution
Managed and led Digital transformation effort as city moved from 15 years old legacy Siebel system to cloud native Microsoft Dynamics and delivered extremely difficult data migration and cutover strategy.
Led implementation of spend and procurement cloud-based iValua software at Mayor’s Office for contracts.
Oversaw implementation iValua cloud solution with KPMG ($30m), solution manages vendors, procurement and contacting management systems. Solution implemented is capable of handling thousands of vendors, and annual budget of $20B+ and is utilized by all departments and agencies within the city.

Rendered leadership expertise as Senior Program Director at retail giant Carrefour Brazil for SAP localization project, SAP ECC. Served as Program Director in Saudi Arabia responsible for turning around a failing SAP HANA implementation program at King Abdullah University of Science and Municipality; defined the turnaround strategy, enforced remediation approach, and crisis management while reporting to the CTO (total budget $80m, 160 persons).
Functioned as Senior Program Director / Interim CIO at Aerospace Embedded Solutions (AES) in Germany, a joint venture Safran Electronics / MTU aero engines. Spearheaded design, planning, and building of company-wide information system (infrastructure, SAP HANA ERP).

Spearheaded the upgrade from 4.7 to ECC, re-implementation FI / CO, budgeting, WM, AM, PM, and a full-scale BW new implementation within the municipality of Brussels. Managed a dynamic global team of 200+ consultants and nine system integrators and implementation partners.
Delivered 6 full SAP R / 3 ECC implementations within budget and time constraints and in adherence with quality standards at European commission.
Increased SAP's foot print from scant 7M Euros over 3 years to whopping 43M Euros and recognized for hands-on leadership for implementation of SAP R / 3 in European equivalent to FDA, DHS, USPTO, CPS and FAA

Created Chile subsidiary to support all ESO operations in region, hired team of 60 people. Delivered business turnover of $9M / year owning outsourcing contract with service partners Serco and DCS. Managed Navision implementation and 50-persons support team in one of the most advanced technology operations in the world.
