Twenty Six (26) years’ experience on Mega Projects__

Recently working on one of biggest Airport in Saudi Arabia, Abdul Aziz International Airport (KAIA) as a member of Core Technical Team and Project Development Team.

Before that worked - one of the biggest project in GGC - “ King Abdullah Financial District” – (KAFD), it is high tech sophisticated latest city in Riyadh, it consist mostly High Rise Towers - Commercial Towers, Five Star Hotels, Banks and Residential Towers etc., and with high tech latest facilities and infra-structure. These projects cost more than Billion Saudi Riyals.

And also worked on other projects in different locations like Prince Palaces, Hospitals, Airport, Commercial Centers, Residential Compounds, Ministry Headquarters, Big Complexes, Industrial projects, Multistory Buildings, Fast Food Restaurants, Jama Masjid Mosques, Education centers, Hospital facilities, Recreation centers, Industrial projects etc.

As having experience in the designing & Supervision of Mechanical systems – HVAC, Plumbing ( Portable water, Storm Water, Irrigation system, pumping stations), Fire Fighting Systems. Developing the Designing drawings Plans, Isometric Views with details sections, it design calculations as per International Codes ASHRAE, NPC, UPC, NFPA, SMACNA, ASPE, ETC. And follows Local Authorities Codes like BALADIYA, CIVIL DEFENCE, NWC, SEC, etc. and follow them to get its Approvals.

For HVAC( Heating,Ventication,Air Conditioning) – Doing Heat Load Calculation, used design software develop by me( As per Ashrae std.) and also such HAP / E-20 by Carrier, Elite, Zamil software, Duct sizing, piping sizes, pressdrops, Special Smoke Evocation from Highrise buildings (Smoke Management), Basements Exhaust System, develop infrastructure - chilled water piping networks.

Worked in Ministry Of Municipal and Water Department – evolves in Design and study of water projects, Sewage Waste systems, Water Treatment Systems like RO system, Chemical treatment process to soften the Water properties, Pumping Stations, Water networks, Designing city water network system with different locations Pumping stations and supply of portable water, Filtration system and Recycling Grey water system. Preparing the design reports, doing technical analysis, Hydraulic calculations, involving in Infrastructure developments - finalizing Mechanical Piping designing and Layout as per Codes and Standards like ASME ( as B3 associated with piping codes & Std.), API and NFPA. Also develop Tunnels, Channels, piping of large pipe sizes of GRP, RTRP, FRP and other utilities pipelines and its Inspection Chambers, Manholes and also for Valves, pump stations, etc.

Also, doing Project Cost Analysis, focusing on Time and Risk factors and finalizing after doing all Value Engineering Analysis of the Projects ap per Client Financial budget, Accordingly fixed the Main Milestones, and generate the Critical Path which should be follow doing Construction phases. Review and Approved the Shop Drawings, Material submittals, Method of statements, Daily Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Provide technical solutions regarding daily on going issues, Monitor and inspect site Works being undertaken by the contractors/subcontractors and monitor overall progress. Also, conduct the combine site walk with contractors and subcontractors to visit all that areas having the site issue or any obstacle to discuss on site how to rectify this issue and provide what are best possibilities to resolve it. Provide the required drawings and relevant documents with all details as per International Standards ( NFPA, NPC, ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC, ASTM, UL, others) to get approval from Civil Defense ( Fire Fighting ), Baladiya by provide drawings and all other supporting documents as Per NFPA, UPC, ASHRAE, ASTM standards.

Review the contact documents accordingly done Resources arrangements, relocate the materials and equipment’s as planned schedule, and prepare all relevant documents accordingly. Procured Materials and Equipment’s and deals with subcontractors and suppliers. Participate all meeting (i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, and constructability review meeting and so on). Finally ready Projects Drawings, BOQ, project tender documents, Prepare and arrange all shop drawings, Materials procurement, finalize contract with sub contractors and supplies, Preparation the project reports which comprise graph and charts, and discuss various project activities with General Manager. Participate with planning team and management to discuss what are the major steps and procedures to adopt that help to achieve our target. Checking the status of daily and weekly progress report.
