Just one example that comes to mind is when one of our major contracts came to expiry date and the client made it very clear they will not renew. The impact of this would be massive as my employer would not only lose one of the mainstream revenue contracts, but a very large number of employees would face unemployment. I approached my Managing Director and asked him to give me a chance to negotiate with the client and see if I can get them to change their minds and renew the contract. I was told that I will be wasting my time. Confidently armed with my exceptional people skills and negotiating skills, I approach the client and set up time in boardrooms. I am proud to say I managed to turn their decision and the client renewed for another two years. The result was massive as not only did I save people’s jobs, but I managed to secure the revenue to my employer for another two years. Furthermore, with superior communication and multitasking capabilities, I excel at driving maximum team productivity and success. I am proud to say I lead a team in my previous role, and received many letters complimenting my team and my leadership of them.

I have my own reliable transport. I am open to negotiate on remuneration but will need at least around R20 000 depending on geographical area and a few other factors. My last package was similar to this amount and I earned good commission on top of that too.
