1-Successfully erected & commissioned India’s First DRY GCP System & LF at Jindal steel & Power,ANGUL, Odisha.

2-Successfully Erected & commissioned the project of BOF,CASTER, HMDS at TATA STEEL LTD, Jajpur,odisha

3-Successfully Erected & commissioned the project of EAF, LF & VD at kamineni Steel & power Ltd. nalgonda.A.P.

4- Successfully execute the erection & commissioning of two numbers of Twin LF (165T) and two numbers of HMDS at TATA Steel, Jamshedpur.

Maintenance Experience

Features of SMS: 45 ton capacity METECH, make. E.A.F, LF &CONCAST INDIA make Continuous triple stand billet 8/15 Caster.

Erection & commissioning of 45 T EAF, LF & CCM

Fore fronting the overall maintenance, modifications of Steel Melting Shop consisting the following equipment-

1-EAF, LHF, CASTER which consists of SIEMENS 400 PLC

2- EOT cranes of various capacity viz. 100/45T, 60/20T, 25/10T & 15/5T and other small capacity cranes

3-HT and LT distribution systems .Auxiliary Equipment like Pumps, Compressor& DG

4- Fume Extraction System & MHS

Undertaking preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of SMS.

Generating maintenance schedules & ISO 9001 records.

Monitoring implementation of energy conservation initiatives to ensure operations.

Generating maintenance schedules & ISO 9001 records.

Monitoring implementation of energy conservation initiatives to ensure operations.

Features of SMS: 55Tone capacity Damag& indomag make Two nos. of EAF, LF & slab caster

1-EAF, LHF, CASTER which consists PLC Siemens (S7, S5), DC drives (Simorag K)

2-EOT cranes of various capacity viz. 90T, 60T, 50T & other small capacity cranes.

3-HT & LT distribution systems Continuous DRI Feeding System

Features:

Rotary hearth furnace (Hydraulic Operated) Analog DC drives up to 2000 HP. Walking beam furnace. Hot saw cutter and batch saw cutter PLC operated system (L&T-U 84)

ROLE:

Fore fronting the overall maintenance, modifications of HOT MILL of seamless pipe plant of above sited equipment.

Features:

GEC make 25 M.T. ARC furnace controlled by 7.5hp variable speed

Thyristorised DC controlled for closed loop HVA power control.

GEC supplied ladle refining furnace for preparing special alloy steel.

Concast India supplied double strand billet casting machine (CCM)

HT & LT distribution panel board comprising air circuit breaker, .

Fume extraction system, pump house motors
