• Collaborated in a designing team of 17 for 6 months
• Designed PFD, calculated input- output specifications, and simulated on Pro/II to verify the process
• Designed a separation processes I with compressor systems, distillation columns and reactors
• Designed compressor systems and minimize its energy consumption
• Designed distillation columns and optimized its energy consumption based on stages and reflux ratio
• Optimized energy consumption of the whole separation processes I
• Sized and costed analysis of the processes, the final cost of project was 400 million dollars
