Operations Coordinator – Convergint Technologies – Calgary, AB July 2018 – April 2019 As an Operations Coordinator I received Service calls from Customers, opened work orders, dispatched Technicians, orders parts and supplies, approved vendor invoices, reviewed and generated Customer invoices and followed month end deadlines and procedures.
Service Administrator/Contract Administrator at Concept Electric – Calgary, AB Aug 2011 – June 2018 I have been working with Concept Electric for just over 6 years. I started as a Service Administrator and was promoted to Contract administrator after 1 year. As a Service Administrator, I entered payroll, ensured all back up was present before invoicing, filing and some preparing for billing. As a Maintenance Contract Administrator, I currently administer HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Controls/Security and Fire Life Safety contracts. I create Labor Distribution lists, review and set up the contracts, create work orders, pull PO’s, order filters and belts, arrange for any SUB’s that were required, invoice and close out work orders once all is complete. I started as a Receptionist where I did filing, organized meetings, processed vendor invoices and ordered office supplies. After 3 months I was promoted to Job Cost Administrator. In this role, I used the JDE program to set up jobs, entered payroll, pulled PO’s, coded and posted vendor /sub invoices, created field tickets, field activity confirmations, reviewed change orders, job forecasting and invoicing. I followed the month end, quarterly and year end processes and attended the month end WIP reviews.
