Developed startup technology vision, created the roadmap, and lead, executed, and supported strategic plans, enabling company’s rapid growth from a startup (100 seat call center and $2M annual revenue) to a $70M annual revenue organization with1,000+ agents and 6 locations. Manage 35-person staff including off-shore teams.
