JOB PROFILE:-

Responsible for controlling and standardizing the inspection methods in various points like Incoming raw material insp., in process inspection, centralized inspection and patrolling inspection.

Preparing and maintaining documents such as Incoming inspection records, on line setup records, SOPs on shop floors, Packing slips of final dispatched material etc. for ISO or incorporate audits.

Initiate process improvement technique for minimizing or eliminate the rejection level on daily basis.

Imparting training to the employees for meeting the required quality standards.

Providing training regarding quality parameters or standards to the shop floor workers.

To improve work efficiency through 5-S, Kaizen etc.

Improve the skills and techniques of the new employee in Quality department.
