Project Title: Fuzzy Based Three Phase To Single Phase Auto Change Over Scheme

Project Description: This project is being taken up to provide a single-phase supply to a load from any one of the phases whose voltage level is suitable. For that all three-phase voltages are continuously monitored. A program is written in Turbo C with graphics for the selection of the phase alarm and siren indications in the monitor instantaneously. Using fuzzy logic we consider all the three phase voltages and depending on their grading, we are connecting he load to suitable phase as well as we are continuously monitoring the three phase voltages. Fuzzy logic is the only logic and it can create a perfect solution to all possible occurrence on the three phase input side.

oSafety kaizen in Banbury Door. During the chemicals poured to machine automatically the safety door closed to avoid any accident

oAndon system made my internal TPM by guiding them on the quality process

oHot pressing machine motor controlled by PLC by reducing the running time from 999 sec to 30 sec. if the pressing machine is idle more than 30 sec, automatically the motor will turn off. By done this the cost of the energy is reduced rupees 75000/- per year

oAuto cutting machine made internally to reduce the manpower in the sheet cutting and pre form cutting. Efficiency is improved from 95% to 105%

oSafety kaizen done in 22” roller mill, that auto reverse after pressing the emergency button. This will help to avoid gear damage during power shutdown and sudden raise of voltage
