Reduce inefficiencies and evaluating non-conformances occur during manufacturing and packing processes.
To ensure in process checks at each stage
To fill and maintain the BMR/BPR
Review and ensure the on-line documentation practice.
Handling of Dispensing, compression and packing processes.
To follow and ensure the GMP implementation.
Handling Deviation, change control if any.
Handling domestic and international audit (like zydus, galpha,sudan and WHO)
Filling of log books of the respected sections and ensure on time closure.
Responsible for verification and calibration of IPQA instruments
Filling of daily calibration records.
Responsible for sampling of product at different stage of product.
Responsible for online document reconciliation checks and document review.
Responsible for sampling of finished Product, Control Sample and Sample for stability studies

Artwork:
To involve in the development of text matter of various dosage form of pharmaceutical product to increase market compliance.
To check artwork of various products with respect to drugs and cosmetic Act 1940 & Rule 1945.
To involve in the approval of artwork of different dosage form for local & export.
To involve in the searching of literature for visual Aid.
To prepare and update master file of artwork and list of colour.
Guiding the designing department as per the regulation concern with packing material.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
12th from P.S.E.B Board with 64% in 2010
10th from C.B.S.E Board with 70% in 2008.

Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications.
