Process Engineer

Managed, operated and supervised 15 operators and technicians of 8 extrusion decking lines as shift production leader. Troubleshooting and solving production issues. Documented production, quality control and process safety paperwork.

Observe and take measurements directly of final product such as free foam and decking as well as interpreting data from other production personnel. Using DOE (design of experiment) on PVC extrusion lines to implement the SOC (standard operation condition) according to customer quality feedback of the final products.

Experience in twin screw extruder machines by installing and operating PVC lines including monitoring, quality control and process safety management (PSM) that meets customer satisfactions.

Installing new PVC line (KMD 164) plus setting up the standard operation conditions (SOC), train and guide the operators the new process strategy and safety manner.

Work closely and participate with project team members to improve the yield by using the PVC recycle in cooperate with Grinder recycle department.

Train production personnel in basic extrusion operation and the effects of new installations.
