•Instructed grades 9-12 in World, American, and British literature. Extensive experience in drafting comprehensive lesson plans for accelerated (Honors), college preparation, and differentiation for special needs students with learning disabilities.

Conducted daily analysis of equipment readiness using Daily Process Report (DPR) to track repair parts, report equipment readiness to Commanding Officer.

•Conducted weekly reconciliation with Maintenance Management Officer to assess the status of repair part requisitions, update equipment repair status, and report equipment deficiencies to the Commanding Officer. Attended weekly Commanding Officer meetings to update the Commanding Officer on equipment readiness, support requirements, and personnel accountability.

•Served as Maintenance Officer for combat support operations for Operation Iraqi Freedom (2004-2007) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2009-2010). Responsible for support of combat flight operations involving radar facilities, tactical air control, flight communications, and convoy operations for satellite support bases throughout theater of operations. Responsible for the training and employment of 45 maintenance Marines. Training included professional military education requirements, physical fitness, rifle and pistol qualification, and specialty schools required for advancement and promotion.

•Served as Utilities Marine (Private-Staff Sergeant) and responsible for Mobile Equipment Power Distribution Systems to provide power for Marine Corps radar, communication, billeting, and command center function.

•Provided water purification, refrigeration and heating, electronic diagnosis and repair, and generator support for command elements supporting both land and flight combat operations. Conducted and participated in combat training deployments in Guam, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, Okinawa, Korea, and Australia.
