MCC is a federal agency, started in 2004 as a federal corporation chartered with reducing global poverty through the promotion of economic growth.

Provided agency-wide advisory, consultative, and technical HR services on the full ranges of management disciplines, especially as it related to the federal government policies, procedures and programs.

Interpreted complex and documents from a multitude of offices and agencies having authority or rulemaking responsibility over all aspects of the agency’s workplace, employment and conditions of employment for executives as well as HR Department.
