I am the lead nurse for a busy Orthopaedic hand clinic. I oversee the job duties and functions of two nursing assistants and handle any issues that arise within the clinic that do not need upper management approval.

I was also a supervisor for the blood bank where I would supervise up to 10 employees at a time and handle issues that arose.
