ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

To organize all activities of operation and maintenance work in plants such as planning of daily and monthly routine work, scheduling of preventive maintenance work and arrangement of troubleshooting works.

Process planning with the assistance of Process Manager.

Preparing daily reports with the guidance of Manager& clients.

Supervision of maintenance Technicians and Process Operators.

Monitoring of Safety Precautions during operation & Maintenance.

Spares control, stock control, operation control & supervision

Administer treatment plants and perform operational adjustments for various residual and hardness.

Maintain efficient use of pump and ensure appropriate lubrication for all machines and monitor water pressure

To maintain the optimum operation parameters.

Monitoring overall Process.(ETP,STP,MBR,MBBR,DAF,MEE)

Trouble Shooting in ETP, MBR, RO, DAF, STP.
