It is also manufacturing Passenger Bus Seats, off field vehicle and railway coach seats. Company collaborations with KUKO FIZO (Japanese Co) for recliner. Main clients include Maruti, Bharat Seats, Krishna Maruti, Tata Johnson, Eicher, Swaraj Mazda, Punjab Tractor, Indo form Tractor, Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor Nagpur & Swaraj Engines all tractor manufacturer are OEM consumers.

CURRENT JOB PROFILE & RESPONSBILITY

Handling the activities given below on the shop floor in the shift on individual basis with manpower.

Maintaining production data sheets.

Material issuing and dispatch related activities through the ERP system.

Effective Utilization of the available man power/ machines/ material by proper planning.

Analyzing the Root Cause of the failure of the component/tool and take corrective preventive action to avoid the problem in near future.

Responsibility for Customer Complaint, Warranty Status, & Fine Blanking Process

Develop Utilize & Maintain Control Plant, Process Control standard, Process Flow Chart, Operation Sheet, Check Sheet, Inspection Sheet & Engineering Change Request

To achieve production as per plan with inbuilt quality

Production planning and control in Fine Blanking

Responsibility for all Fine Blanking process

Man, Machine, Material handling in Fine Blanking

Responsible for reduce to find blanking process cost, electricity cost, consumable cost

Documentation related to process

Responsible for supplier quality for all parts

Responsible for man power handling

Responsible for inspection of blanks (Normalized Parts)

Responsible for supplier audit for raw material and find blanking process

Maintain and developing 5S, Kaizen work
