My role in the current subprojects is to develop and maintain a relation with the principle stake holders within our Client’s enterprise in order to understand and define their concerns and requirements for the improvements and automation of the enterprise processes and to propose a solution that will satisfy their expectation. In parallel another engagement on my side is the analysis and the definition of the requirements, the management of the requirements, the communication of the requirements with the global development teams and the coordination with the Q&A teams on the expected and actual quality on the delivered features by the development teams. Lead to Cash 2.0

This project is related to the replacement of the current Billing, CPQ and CLM system and the related integration with the Entailment system and the improvement of the current Lead to Cash process. Technologies:
Responsibilities: This project was related to replacement of the Current PeopleSoft system responsible for the Billing, CPQ and CLM aspect of the lead to cash flow. The PeopleSoft system was to be replaced with Apttus CPQ and CLM module and Workday on the Billing Aspect. In addition the Integration with all the involved system in the Lead To Cash flow was replaced with Informatica as cloud integration solution. The Apttus CPQ and CLM analysis and implementation was provided by a third party consultant company. My responsibilities on this project was to:
- Verify the defined Requirement’s and their implementation
- Verify the required integration logic between the Lead to Cash involved systems with the stakeholders
On the Requirements definition and their implementation verification aspect my responsibility were to test all the use cases of the Lead to Cash flow and provide a gap analysis between the Lead to Cash 2.0 and the existing Lead to Cash.1.0. On the Integration aspect of the project aspect my responsibilities were to define the inter system integration flow with the stakeholders and the system owners.

This project was related to the migration of the Platform Related Knowledge content and structure from the Parature system to SalesForce Community Knowledge Centre in order to provide uninterrupted access to the knowledge content to the existing collaborative platform customers. This project required the analysis and definition of requirements for:
- The Content and Structure to be migrated
- The user access flow to the new Knowledge Centre On the Content and Structure migration aspect my responsibility is to analyse and define the requirements of content available to the customers and the structure of the content within the Parture system and the possible improvement of that structure once that Is migrated to the SalesForce Community Knowledge Centre. Collaboration Platform Migration Customer: Nasdaq Duration: months 6 This Project is related to the migration of the Customers’ Accounts, their user and content from one collaboration platform to another and the development of integration tools and processes that will automate the migration.

This project was related to the migration of accounts from Company with Collaboration Platform that was acquired by the Client, to existing Collaboration on Client side. The migration process required analysis and implementation of the integration of services that will insure the consistency of the passage of the accounts and their content from the Acquired Collaboration Platform and the existing Collaboration Platform on Client’s side. This aspects were:
- The Migration of the Customers and User Information from the Collaborative platform to entitlement system of the Client’s Existing Collaboration Platform
- The migration of the Acquired Commercial Assets from the Acquired Company Billing system to the Client’s Billing Platform
- The Migration of the content for each Migration Customers hence user from the Acquired Collaboration Platform to the new Collaborative platform
On the Customer and Users Information Migration aspect the responsibility on my side was to define the data structure of the information in the Acquired Press Release platform system and the design of the data model that will need to adopt the migrate information in the Client’s existing Collaboration Platform. In particular this activity was related to the design of the entities model in the Client’s entailment system that is responsible for the Administration, Authorisation and Authentication of the Customers and their users. This aspect also required from my side definition of the Entailment (Roles) that need to be provided to the Users in order to enable them to use the equivalent features and services that they’ve used to use in the Acquired Collaboration Platform, before they were migrated. On the Commercial Asset Migration aspect my responsibility was to define the requirements for the integration services that will enable the Client to Migrate the Acquired Commercial Assets to his Billing System and in the same time to maintain the consistency of the billing aspect for each migrated Customer. In addition I was responsible for the analysis of the integration of the CRM System from the Acquired Company (SalesForce) and the Client’s lead to cash flow that includes the CRM System (Oracle CRM On Demand), The Billing System (Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise) and the Client’s Enterprise entitlement system
(N3A).
On the Content Migration aspect I was engaged in the elicitation and definition of the requirements related to the services that will ensure the consistency of the migration of content from one Platform to Another
The Migration Process and the Integration of each aspect demanded a centralized Tool that will enable the Migration Administrators on Client’s site to execute the migration for each Customer and User. For that reason my engagement was to define the requirements with the Stake Holder, manage the Business Specification Documentation, and Support the development team on the implementation of the requirements and to support the Q&A team and assure that the Client’s requirements were implemented with as expected.

This project was related to the Automatization of the Electronic signature of the Legal Terms and Condition for each commercial transaction between the Client and his customers. For that purpose my responsibility was to define the automated process and define the requirement with the main stake holders in the Lead to Cash flow on Client Side. This required the definition of the requirement of DocuSign as Electronic Signature application for the signing of the Legal Terms and condition between Client and His customer. To define requirements for a Tool that will enable the Stake Holders to manage the templates of the Legal Documents and monitor of the actual execution of the legal contracts. Also to define the requirements for the integration of the Signatures with the Clients Entitlement System (N3A). Once defined the requirements I also was responsible for the management of the business specification documentation, the communication of each requirements with the Development Team that implemented the automation and to assure that Q&A team confirms the consistency of the actual implementation with the defined design of the designed process and requirements. Responsibilities: This project required and design and development of automated process that will validate each submitted email by the users that belong to the Customer’s investor relation platform. The automation required integration of Amazon’s AWS Email Verification Service with the Client’s entitlements enterprise system (N3A).For that purpose my responsibility was to define all the requirements for the automation and to define the automated transaction related to the email validation. Another responsibility was to create Business Specification documentation, to communicate the business implementation of each requirement with the development team and coordinate with Q&A team the delivery of the implemented solution based on the requirement defined by the client.
