Working closely with production scheduler and maintenance planners in scheduling of in-house calibrations.

Verifying all outside vendor calibrations are in accordance with Federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsible for packing, shipping, and tracking equipment for off-site 3rd party calibration.

Maintain, calibrate, install, and repair 175 industrial and analytical scales.

Maintain, calibrate, and repair microbiological analytical testing equipment including; colorimeter, pH meters, infrared thermometers, digital thermometers, analog mercury thermometers, torque meters, seal strength meter, germinator 5000, hot water bath, moisture balances.

Maintain, calibrate, and repair maintenance analytical equipment including; oil bath, flow meter, voltmeters, pressure gauges/meters, calipers, processing calibrators, oxygen and nitrogen meters.

Use Beamex to track calibration information on equipment.

Metal analysis for machine parts, and any foreign material found in factory.

Locate, submit, and close work orders in SAP.

Repair, trouble shoot, and problem solve various equipment issues.

Use of multiple pieces of equipment including voltmeter, calibers, power tools, etc.

Maintaining calibration records to ensure food safety, environmental safety, and quality.
