My self, Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aryabhatt polytechnic G.T.Karnal Road New Delhi has relevant professional experience over 15 yrs as a successful CIVIL ENGINEER in execution, safety, project planning, management & education training programs. An accomplished Programmer and Coordinate closely with various departments including PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY, DEVELOPERS, CLIENTS” STAFF, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS & VENDORS. To execute structural work:-Executes all work as per IS specifications, layout, Level, R.C.C. work, shuttering, reinforcement, B/W, plaster, safety, checking & implement in quality of material as well as quality of work, detail planning and preparation R/A Bill of contractors.

To execute interior/ exterior work:- Facade work, False ceiling, Tile/Stone work, flooring and Toilet work, Wall Paneling treatment, Door / window, External development and trusses.

To manage project with: - To maintain the Checklists, Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report, Preparation of document to control Site work, detail planning and scheduling, organizing, staffing, directing, Cost controlling, Co-ordination, execution, supervision, safety and implementation. Addressing training needs of supervisor & foreman to enhance productivity. Managing a team and guiding site supervisor staff members to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Education & Training Programs:- Providing and arrange Education & Training programs and workshops for juniors and seniors staff, increasing Productivity and keeping keen interest of staffs about achieving organizations planed goals within minimum time & cost.

Site profile

3.Answer for quality of work carried out and requesting of quality check.

4.To keep maintain the laboratory work.

5.Manage the design and site delivery teams perform of delegated responsibilities.

6.Establish effective and universal strategy to address issues that may arise with site delivery time.

7.Monitoring to keep maintain other services planning (Electrical, HVAC shaft services)

8.Responsible for the all quantity survey and checking of RA Bills of the contractor.
