BAY CLUB, CA 2011 – 2018

Vice President-General Manager (Bay Club Redwood Shores; Flagship Location) (2016 – 2018) Directed operations, project management, and financial performance activities. Oversaw customer service communications, budgeting, and strategic planning. Orchestrated delivery of all programming, including tennis, athletics, youth programs, and fitness. Executed large capital renovation projects. Assisted senior leadership team with short- and long-term strategic planning, handpicked to cascade executive-level messaging throughout the enterprise and execute on strategic directives.

Optimized operational and financial performance the company’s flagship property; generated largest EBITDA in the company with revenues of $30M+ and over 3,000 members. Handled financial controls, marketing, and inventory.

Supported management and 120+ staff, including employee onboarding, orientation, and training. Spearheaded and facilitated numerous employee workshop sessions and corporate retreat presentations.

Selected to execute a $22M renovation at Bay Club Santa Clara; steered extensive overhaul of a 40-year-old property, including vendor selection/management and quality assurance. Led the most significant renovation project in 20 years; directed complete lifecycle of a $9M exterior, pool, and playground facelift; re-branded the previously corporate-focused club to a family-oriented center.
