oReviews employment contracts and endorses the same to the HR Manager

oEvaluates recommendations for promotions of employees

Prepares related documents for the use of the HR Manager in evaluating recommenders

Coordinates test and interview schedules

oEnsures confidentiality and safekeeping of all test materials (if applicable)

oCoordinates with the Training Manager/ Officer the orientation schedule/s of newly hired employee/s

oOversees HRMS processes

oSupervises maintenance of 201 files/ department files/ other employee records and determines file retention and disposal in accordance with prescribed guidelines
