Gained senior Leadership support for RICOH’s Analytics Power BI website. Website highlighted our Print, Healthcare, and Legal Analytics.
Conceived/Developed/Executed Print analytics application built on a repeatable data formula increasing our onboard time by 30%.
Developed RICOH Content Manager .which was a mobile app based on an existing web application providing users with a a convenient cloud storage destination for all documents and files. Our Task was to develop a Android APP base on the website while working in an agile and scrum team environment.
Successfully designed innovative and creative UI of RCM application and RCM Branded Logo.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Liaison to our internal Manage Services division, to build a a new employee evaluation website and App. which contained 50 strategic questions to support user. Once a Certification was build it could be share onto a mobile app to easily be used on and offline. This process increasing our efficiency by 60% and used a weight and grading system for a final average score.
Created Company Campaign for RICOHS Technology summit (500 employees attended). Developed event app to organize signup, track registration event time lines, and Lectures / events. Creating a flawless event flows.

Designed and developed Hershey’s Miniature Logo (today serving billions).
Collaborated with Hershey’s brand managers to provide new branding concepts, packaging concepts, and line extensions for Hershey’s R&D team.
Additional Packaging designs include GOOD & FIERY, JOLLY RANCHERS, Hershey’s Kisses designs. We also collaborated with Hershey’s brand managers to provide professional recommendations for new branding concepts, packaging design, and line extensions for the expanding Hershey’s family of brands.
Conceived and developed Hershey’s focus groups to sample and evaluate new product concepts Hershey’s focus groups to sample and evaluate new product concepts. In these meetings I would sketch possible packaging visuals. The final result for this group was a new line of caramel with filled chocolate.
