INTERNSHIP:
Undergoing Industrial based CAE Training at COPES TECH INDIA PVT. LTD, Bangalore [12/2018 – till Date]
BRIEF LIST OF TRAINING PROJECTS UNDERGONE DURING INTERNSHIP: 1. Strength and Modal analysis of Engine Bracket:
Description: Linear static stress analysis of the engine bracket was performed under maximum vertical, horizontal, inclined and the combined effect of all the three loads under room temperature condition. FE modeling was done using 3D tetra 4 noded elements. Bolts were modeled using RBE2 rigid elements. The stress and displacement developed in the component were found out and verified if the component is safe under the prescribed loading condition. Results and conclusions were documented and presented. 2. Static strength and Modal analysis of automotive exhaust cold end pipe: Description: Static strength analysis (SOL101) of the exhaust cold end pipe (Flange, Pipes, and Hanger) were carried out for 1g and bad road condition ( 5g-Ver, 3g-Lat, 2g-Axial). Natural frequencies (SOL103) were computed. FE modeling of the pipe was carried out with 2D shell. Flange and hanger were modeled using 3D HEXA elements and isolator was modeled using CBUSH element. Welds were represented using Hexa and Penta elements, bolts using rigid RBE2 elements. All standard FEM checks were performed. Results and conclusions were documented and presented.
3. FE Modelling of BIW components:
Finite element modelling of BIW components like Door Inner Panel, Dash and Cowl, Rear floor were done. Setting up of material and property collectors was done. After that FE checks are ensured for the model.
4. FE modelling of Plastic components:
FE modelling of Plastic components like Seat Backrest, Lower trim, Glove Box Quality parameters is maintained as per the requirements. Setting up of material and property collectors was done. After that FE checks are ensured for the model. WORK EXPERIENCE:

Managed 5'S Standard, 7 waste reductions in work environment. ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
"Extraction and Performance Analysis of ALGAL BIO DIESEL"
[Funded by TAMIL NADU Student Council]:
This project involved using the third generation bio diesel extraction from highest available algae species in Indian costal lines and dewatering of the algae and extractions of Fatty acids from the algae blending with the diesel in specific ratio. Testing of blended fuel in VCR engine for performance and fuel characteristics.
“SETTING TIME REDUCTION IN FUEL PUMP CALIBRATION”
[Industrial Project]:
In this project it was a standardization of fuel pump calibration equipment according the sequential operations running throughout the assembling section, this reduced the setting time of pump calibrating machine by saving 20 minutes for the total 300 combinations of fuel pumps to 15 injectors and also enabled changing the machine combinations according to monthly productions plan with day plan alterations accord to work completions.
“CATS” Controlled Acceleration using Tactical Sensor in Electrical Vehicle:
[College Research and Development Cell Funded Project]: This project involved development of prototype model of an electrical car that its acceleration is controlled and reduced to preset zone speed installed with the respective tactical RGB sensor the transmits the signal within the zone. Whenever the vehicle passes through the zone its receives the transmitting signal and the ECU of the vehicle gradual reducing the speed of the vehicle and simultaneously operating the brakes to the preset zone speed limit.
