* Strategic Planning - As a member of the Senior Chief Executive Team for last employer, served as strategic adviser on all departmental restructuring, workforce planning and business realignments using various survey tools, employee reviews and industry standard data.

* Employee & Labor Relations / Risk Management - Developed policies and facilitated formal and informal conflict resolution and mediation processes and training programs that include a diverse union and non-union workforce. Extensive experience facilitating formal grievances (i.e., EEO, Title 6, Title VII, HIPAA, ePHI, FLSA, OSHA, UI Claims, company/union mediations, arbitrations, contract disputes and collective bargaining agreements).
* Policies & Procedures Administration - Administered policies and procedures, as well as facilitated training and development to all management and line-staff alike for the last two employers; and for the last employer, reduced EEOC complaints in a seven-year period by 95%, which were resolved successfully without requiring monetarily settlement. Furthermore, only three (3) rulings against the company involving unemployment insurance claims.
* Training & Development - 1) Developed an effective multi-tier training program that utilized various delivery methods for training staff and members of management to meet the needs of the organization. Due to the last employer having 28 sites throughout the State of New Mexico, employed various training methods. This resulted in the improved succession and remedial training, as well as a reduction in the employee turnover rate by 35%; and 2) Developed and implemented New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding Training Programs that created a collaborative with line-management that resulted in the creation of a performance competency checklist for all employees linked to job specifications and job descriptions.
* Human Resources Information System (HRIS) - Transitioned last employer’s HRIS – HR & Payroll System from ADP to PayDay and added a HRIS - Benefits (HRB) system called Infinity. El Centro Family Health is a non-profit, private organization comprised of 28 medical, dental, behavioral health and administrative sites throughout the state of New Mexico.
* Initially hired as the HR Director for the organization and promoted within six (6) months to Chief Human Resources Officer.
* As the Chief Human Resources Officer, was responsible for oversight and supervision of the Human Resources Department.
* Further, simultaneously, as the CIO (3/2011-3/2015); and Quality and Safety Assurance Director (12/2011-10/2012) managed the IT Services and Quality Safety and Assurance Departments.
* In addition, was also a member of the Senior Executive Senior Team (Senior Chief Executive Level), who developed strategic plans and implemented change management processes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other objective metrics that supported and strengthened the organization’s overall mission, vision and goals. * Work closely with the Board of Directors Personnel Policy Committee and CEO.
