I have thoroughly reviewed the ideal qualifications your company is searching for regarding this position and strongly believe that I would be a good fit. The position requests someone of previous experience in this field and excellent communication as well as organization skills. I have been able to implement new filing systems in two of my past positions.
At MacEwan University I have been able to obtain all the skills I believe required by a successful HR manager. This has included me taking a business computing class which I have found very useful for my other classes as well my work. I have also been properly trained in all the basic HR duties which have played a vital role in all my former administrative positions. Skills I have found most useful include my Microsoft office training, and my organizational behavior courses.
