Performing day to day job activities, Preventive Maintenance of Plant.

Responsible for instrumentation of GTG, STG & Process Boiler.

Experience in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of various instruments gauges and transmitter like Flow, Temperature, Level, Pressure, Analyzer, Control Valves and various sensors Etc.

Familiar with HART Protocol and application of HART 375 Field Communicator.

Good knowledge & Understands of P & IDs, hook-Up, loop-wiring diagrams, signal flow diagrams.

Maintain spares inventory management for stocks & issuing spares for job execution.

Performing loop testing.

Maintain records of different documentation like master calibration report, preventive maintenance report and scheduled system checking report.

Prepare monthly report of job execution and inventory used.

Supervision and co-ordination for the execution of day to day maintenance activities.

Software: Microsoft Office, SAP.

Execute Instrumentation Maintenance tasks of PLC, Analyzers & Field Instrumentation.

Review maintenance activities, and prioritize critical jobs. Carry out scheduled and chance based maintenance of instrumentation equipment.

Carry regular visits in the plant to identify potential failures.

Collate data for performance monitoring and reporting.

Assist in shutdown planning and execution.

Responsible for Startup check, System operating condition and day to day activities.

Achieve zero breakdown of plant and ensure there is no major breakdown.

Execute and Monitoring Preventive Maintenance and Schedule Maintenance.

Fault findings and root causes analysis of the abnormal events occurring in the plant and reporting the same to Shift In-charge on duty.

Responsible for providing technical support to maintenance, operation and technical service on instrumentation.
