Roles and Responsibilities

• Team responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing & updating member’s claims, payment details and enrollment information.

• Verifying & updating the “Primary Care Physician“(PCP) as per member request and monitoring group mailbox and urgent emails for ad hoc request.

• Preparing and Analyze the Reports, daily Inventory and forward the same to the client for Review

• Responsible for training, evaluating, and coaching staff assist team members with issue resolution, time management, and prioritizing daily productivity.

• Work allotment to the Team based on the inventory to achieve 100% productivity & Quality.

• Maintaining TAT on timely manner.

Additional responsibilities

• To ensure that training and Critical QA Reports are done and forward same to Supervisor & SME.

• Client interaction over the phone as per the Business needs.

• Preparing and analyzing Quality, productivity, TAT and daily Process update the reports.

• Using Macro Express Pro for operational team to achieve their daily targets with an ease.
