I have over 40 years experience in the field of Maintenance of Mini Steel Plants (5 years) (1975-80) and execution of Turnkey Projects for Thermal, Nuclear Power Plants, Steel Plants in construction of Heavy Steel Structure, Industrial Sheds, Substation Buildings, Residential buildings, Boiler Bui8ldings, Turbine Buildings,BoilerErection, Piping, Belt conveyors, Trippers, Shuttle conveyors Primary and Secondary Crusher houses, Dust extraction and Dust Suppression Systems, Fire fighting, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection SystemsSilo, for COAL HANDLING AND ASH HANDLING PLANTS consisting of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works from 1980-2015 (35 years) in association with various EPC organization for clients like NTPC, Nuclear Power Corporation, NALCO, Coal India Ltd, TATA Power etc.and PIPING PROJECTS at their sites all over India.

1) Site Mobilisation, Site Infrastructure setting up,Finalaisation of Sub-Contractors etc.

2) Overall Project Planning and Execution.

3) Prepare project execution schedule with budget projections.

4) Timely execution and closure of projects as Profits Center Head.

5 Site management, Administration and Co-ordination with clients contractors andthird party inspection agencies.

6) Project reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis to Head Office and Clients.

7) Conduct internal review meetings with site staff and contractors to review progress and achieve targets.

8) Safety and Housekeeping.

9) Familiar with various IS&International Codes for Q.C.

a) 2013-2015 : As Chief Project Manager in association with S K Samanta & Co (P) Ltd. and in charge of Dipka Main CHP (Commissioned on 31-8-14 handed over on 07-02-15) and Gevra Silo Proejct, Gevra (District Korba) (under execution) for South Eastern Coal Fields Ltd. Under Coal India Ltd

b) 2010-2011 : As G.M (Constr) for Aarti Infra Structure Co. Ltd. Nagpur, executing a Coal Handling and Ash Handling Package for NTPC, MOUDA, NAGPUR.(2X500MW)

c) 2008-2009 : As DGM (Constn) with M/s. TECHPRO

Systems Ltd. Chennai for execution of Coal Handling Plant at TATA POWER LTD. Mumbai (2x210 MW.)

d) 2006-2008 : As Resident Manager with FL Smidth Minerals India Ltd., (FL Smidth) Group, Chennai, at Jindal Stainless Ltd. Orissa for execution of Raw materials Handling Package on Turnkey Basis involving Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works, and Pneumatic conveying system at NALCO smelter plant, Angul, Orissa.

e) 2000-2005 : As Project Manager with Johnson Eastern Power, Aizawl, Mizoram for execution of Turnkey Project for Aizawl Water Supply System Phase-II, involving 22 Kms. of cross country Pipe line, Treatment Plant, Switch yard, Booster Station etc.

f) 1996-2000 : As Project Manager with UB Engineering Ltd. Pune for execution of Piping Package for Nuclear Power Corporation, Rawat Bhata, Rajasthan on Turnkey basis involving, Civil, Piping & Electrical Works.

g) 1992-1995 : As Project Manager with NAVEEN Projects Ltd. New Delhi, for execution of Coal Handling Plant for Kota Thermal Power Station, Kota, Rajasthan involving Civil, Mechanical & Electrical works on Turnkey basis (. 2x210 MW)

h)1987-1992 : As Project Manager with Malabar Steel Construction Company Ltd, Chennai for execution of Coal Handling Plant, Boiler & Turbine Building at Mettur Thermal Power Station & Tuticorin Thermal Power Station.( 4x210 MW).
