Recently working as a Physical Education Teacher/House Master at KASIGA SCHOOL,DEHRADUN.

As a HOUSEMASTER boys of my house “EVEREST” won the “Academic Cup”,”Cultural trophy”.(Cock House) “BEST HOUSE OF THE YEAR” and many more awards in various Intramural Competitions.

Pastoral Care

1. House Master of EVEREST HOUSE(feb.2017 to present).Responsible for the discipline and organization of the House; supervising daily preparatory time at night, helping students with academic work and ensuring that the students are well cared for on a day to day basis.

2. Organizing students and helping them train for various inter-house cultural and sporting events, especially inter house Athletic, Football, Cricket and Shooting competitions.

3. Managing active communication between the parents and school, as the house master as well as between parents and students.

4. Actively involved in the disciplinary committee of the school and ensured adherence to code of conduct required while living in a hostel setting.

5. Responsible for all the teachers of my house and planning their regular interaction with the students, allotting duties etc. as per the requirement of working in a residential school.

6. Close interaction with Principal and Senior heads of school to support a healthy cooperative work environment in a residential school setting.

7. Effective in formulating policies for the school as well as for the smooth running of all pastoral needs of the school.

I was Heading the Sports Department ---Taught Physical Education to the XI & XII Graders.I organized various Coaching Camps in which Sports personalities of International Level used to come and guide the students and organized Summer Camp in various Disciplines.
