• Reverse Engineering Method is carried out on Non-Parametric (IGES/STEP) models to convert them into parametric Models.

• Conversion of 2D Models into 3D Models in Manufacturing Method as per customer requirement.

• Creating the Drawing as per customer requirement and applying GD&T.

• Estimating project timelines, Performing Final Quality check for the drawings.

• Conceptual modelling followed by a discussion with the team leader. PROJECTS:

Project: Remastering of Battery Laminating Machine Description: Remastering of Non-Parametric components to Parametric Components in design procedure by using reverse engineering concept and assembled the components in the Battery Laminating Machine by replacing it with the Non-Parametric components. Project: Machining of Micro Dimples on SS316 grade by using laser for Biomedical Applications

Description: Studied the Properties of the SS316 grade and altered the properties of the stainless steel 316 grade. The Properties of Stainless Steel 316 are altered and improved the hardness level of about two times and decreased the surface roughness level by half by Electrochemical Treatment.

Project: Customization of AUTOCAD Drawing Template into CATIA Drawing Template Description: Converting the AUTOCAD Drawing Template into CATIA Drawing Template as per the customer requirement.
