JOB PROFILE.

Look after the activity of Plant Maint. & Cnc Machine Shop Maint. To monitor &maintain maintenance electrical activity of plant is additional with project work.

Responsibility. Being Supervisor, can also work as a part of team. Attend &solve Maint. Related problems of plant& machinery. Work parallel with Department Head. In Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics (as far as possible) departments.

To Maintain Daily Check list of all Machines in the Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Hydraulic Leakages, Pneumatic Pressures in working area. Look after activities of project and follow up of suppliers and contractors.

To attend daily Breakdowns in all working equipment & to solve the problems as early as possible to lesser delay in production.

Maintain records of all problems & trouble shooting guides. Power consumption details. Log Book, Machine history Cards for machines in plant.

Planning of manpower in shift for Breakdown as well as preventive maintenance like Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Biannual and Annual Planning and Execution.

Preparation for scheduled shut down of each equipment in work area. Monitor Power Consumption.

Maintain spares lists & stock inventory for daily Basis, Weekly shutdown & capital shutdown.

Maintain stock of spares like Bearings Greases, oils & wear observation.

Maintain of equipment in utility like compressors/generators/water pumps/electrical Lifts and A/c units

Compressors (Reciprocating & Centrifugal) &D.G.set of cap.320 &62.5 kva.

Pumps for water circulating in cooling towers.

Daily observation of pipelines of water, Hydraulic oil, Pneumatic air, steam for leakages.

Maintenance of welding machines of Arc welding & Gas Cutting sets.

Safety precautions & safety permits like hot work & Hazardous.

Prepare and Analysis of Break down Reports updating & computerized system working with store & maint. Dept. for feedback. 5 WHY analysis, Checking, Oiling and Tightening procedure.T.P.M..

In capital shutdowns observe, check & rectify the equipments parts like ‘O’ Rings, Oil seal, Gaskets, gears, bearing.
