Client: KAHRAMAA - Qatar Electricity and Water Company Project Description: Ras Abu Fontas A3 will have a capacity of 164,000 cubic meters (m3) a day. The end customer for the water produced will be Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA). The plant constitutes a milestone in the field of desalination, as it is the first time that reverse osmosis technology will be used on a large scale in Qatar for potable water production. To date, only thermal desalination technology has been used to desalinate water. Key Result Areas:

With a peak design capacity to treat WASTEWATER of up to 439,000 cubic meters per day, Doha North STW will serve a projected population of over 900,000 (in year 2020). Key Result Areas:

P.I.C (Person-In-Charge) assigned as a focal person for Electrical, Instrument and Control Installation at, at Solid Stream Process Area with complex building structures like, Substations, Pumping Stations, Thermal Drying Plant, Lime Dosing Plant, Imported Sludge Cake Storage, Sludge Thickening and Dewatering Building, Air Blower Buildings, Aerobic Digester and SAS Balancing Tank, 14 nos.
