OBJECTIVES

In charge of budgeting, cost control, preparation and analysis of the monthly and yearly financial statements. Liaise with managerial staff, colleagues and clients. Undertake financial administration. Develop and manage financial systems. Administer payrolls. Verify the accuracy of the organization's internal records, and check for mismanagement, waste, or fraud.

RESPOSIBILITIES

Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.

Prepare and records Asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Prepare and process monthly payroll, and verify the integrity of the payroll data.

Prepare and maintain timely and accurate adjustment entries and book closing activities.

Collect, compile, verify, prepare the annual budget, analyses financial information and prepare the monthly and annually financial reports and accounting statements; Loss & Profit statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions.
