Mills Escrow Company/ Joye Mills, President - El Paso, TX October 2008 to September 2018

I took care of all new Land packages and was in contact with all Title Companies to make sure documents were included (if any missing) before I would enter them into ABS (Applied Business Software), I had daily contact with Lenders and borrowers about status of loans, status of payments, etc... I made sure all recordable Documents were sent to the County on time for recording (Warranty Deeds, Trustee Deeds, etc.) I sent out collection letters (demand letters) to past due loans and once expired I would send expired demands to Attorney for Foreclosure process. I would update all County Taxes from County site to make sure all property taxes were being paid/updated all once new tax rolls were out in October. I made sure payoff's were correct and sent to Title company per their request. I worked under the President of the Company to speak with existing Lenders and prospective Lenders. I have 10 plus years experience with escrow, title, payroll, A/P - A/R and office management. Refrences upon request
