Set in the year of ****, Chernarus’ End takes place in Chernarus. Soon after the civil war the

Chernarussian Government suffered rebuilding. As the rebuilding took place a small disease sprung up in Chernarus. Wasn’t worrying at all, just some sniffles and a cough. In 2012 the disease got a lot more deadlier. Due to CDF hazmat teams literally dumping toxic waste bags everywhere and people being dumb the disease spread. People were slowly driving themselves insane. Police units told Press they had the thing completely under control. Two weeks later after this statement the Chief of Police was found dead with a pistol in his hand and hole in his head. As the police had just shut down the Chernarus Ground Forces and defense forces were dispatched. Multiple soldiers commandeered Chernarussian cargo ships and brought them out to the coast. Chernarussian naval units patrolled the coast. Takistan and Russia closed their borders with Chernarus. The Chernarussian government reached out for international support. The first to answer the call was the Russian Federation, sending a Battalion of men to support the failing forces. The Russian Prime Minister in a statement “to right the wrongs we committed just 3 years ago on Chernarus.” It is unknown of what Russian troops are actually doing as of now. The next to answer the call were the United Nations. The United Nations sent peacekeepers from Britain, USA, and Canada. Along with the WHO or the World Health Organization. The UN’s main mission was to help WHO, but also to serve civilians by aiding in evacuation attempts. The UN took over the cargo ships that the CDF held. The UN Peacekeepers landed in Chernarus on September 1st, 2012. These units took over most of the International airfield. And a platoon of UN Peacekeepers secured the port in Cherngonsk. Civilians flocked to the port which made everything worse. CDF units weren’t under the same orders as the UN so they could do what they want. The evacuation was a failure with the UN and CDF detail there pulling out of the port being relocated to the International Airfield. Russian units set up a FOB in the middle of Chernarus. Russian soldiers had pretty much taken over everything. As of now this is the official lore for Chernarus’ End.
