• Created data flow diagrams for AICC Finance – Financial Reporting, Taxation, Banking, and Expense Planning to determine current (as-is) and future state (to-be) of flow of information from TPA to insurance carrier.

• Developed Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to effectively outline all project requirements based on type, complexity, priority and timeline for referencing requirement identifiers and mapping test cases to each.
