Recruited to leverage knowledge of ArthroCare product portfolio after Surgical Motion Technology took over distribution rights from previous distributor, managing the Long Island territory and key Manhattan accounts. Growing territory to $3.5M in sales and hiring two cover reps to handle the continuous addition of new accounts and surgeons. Product portfolio included radio frequency ablation for arthroscopic surgery, implants and instruments for ACL reconstruction, and shoulder repair, as well as allograft tissue for use in orthopedic surgeries.
