Over view of project:

Comparative study on FRICTION STIR WELDING and TIG welding with Aluminum plates.

Over view of project:

Objective – Project says that which type of welding process is better to use at industrial level.

Welding is a technology which is used to joint two or more materials and acts as one material.

Industrial training:

FABRICATION OF COMPOSITE BAFFLE PLATES BY USING EPOXY FOR LCA DROP TANK at ASL Pahadisharif, Hyderabad.

Objective- baffle plates are used to restrict the sudden flush in fuel tanks.

Fighter jet planes have additional fuel carriages for emergency purpose these baffle plates used in that to stop or restrict the sudden flow of fuel at tank to stabilize the movement of plane.

Achievements & Participations:

Won volleyball champion trophy in our college.

Secured second place in chess competition.

Participated national level IEEE fest and gave seminar about E-Fabrics.

Studied and made a report on 6-stroke engine and its working.

Participated in FDP program on Engineering Drawing conducted by KITS, Warangal College and sponsored by IIPE.
