Activity Assistant Casa Aldea Senior Living. June 2017 - August 2018 Collaborated to set up activity department and created activities for new Senior Living Community opening.
Developed and execute various music sessions: Music Reminiscence Therapy, Guitar Sing A Longs, Rhythm and Movement, Rhyme Time Song Writing.
I successfully execute the following responsibilities: Collaborate and plan monthly Activity Calendars for Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, lead all calendar activities, schedule entertainment, highlight residents through presentation of Life Line Posters I create in collaboration with families, train new employees in other departments to support activities, help cover and support front desk duties and restaurant service, House Photographer responsible for maintaining Casa Aldea online presence through current facebook postings and for family engagement. Led activities for small and large groups and one on one. Created weekly schedules for Activity Department employees with Hospice and Memory Care activities.
