Convert legal repository from different format to their preferred format (goes to a web server) on a timely manner. Expand online editorial work from client site to off-shore model. Major challenge in handling different formats of input files to their required format in a short time of delivery time which includes short ramp up, high quality requirement with very strict price using cutting edge technologies and approach. Helped client in post processing online editorial work in a timely manner.

Lead a team to deliver keyboarding data to client as per their requested formats. All these conversions are done through automated process using different in-house developed data management tools. Always exceptions will be addressed through the change management process for any specific product or data set.

Kirtas USA – 2 Years

Lead a team to deliver daily turn around data for this client. Client uses robotic technology to scan books and we did the image corrections and did automations in converting the Meta Data information’s pulled from those images for those books. This work is done completely online from remote, using editorial knowledge resources globally.
