In tie up with Seamco who have 25 years of experience in UAE Business world, have provided consistently high quality service to the clients in rebar shop drawings. Worked as a Rebar Engineer at C-Tech RC Design (I) Pvt. Ltd. from June 2015 to February 2018 (2 year 8 months).

Currently working as Rebar Detailer at CADeploy Engineering Private Limited Company from April 2018 till present.

To Produce Detailed RC Shop Drawings

Well experienced in producing rebar shop drawings with the help of the input given by the client in the form of 2D drawings using AutoCAD & Micro Station.

To Prepare Bar Bending Schedule

Preparing bar bending schedule as a output either in the form of CAD (or) in the form of excel sheet as per client requirements.

To Estimate the Quantity of Steel

By applying the conditions as per BS codes, to estimate the total quantity of steel required for any kind of building related construction works.

PROJECTS HANDLED

1. UNITED STATES NEW EMBASSY COMPOUND, ANKARA, TURKEY The Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has selected Ennead Architects of New York, New York as the architect for the new U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Turkey. GGN is the landscape architect.

The multi-building complex will be situated on a nine-acre site in the Karakusunlar neighborhood, and will include a chancery, U.S. Marine Corps residence, warehouse, support annex, utility building, parking garage, and community facilities. These facilities should represent U.S. values and the best in U.S. architecture, engineering, technology, sustainability, art, culture, and construction execution.

2. ONE GRANT PARK

One Grant Park (formerly 113 East Roosevelt) is a skyscraper and related development planned for Chicago, Illinois in the Near South Side community area. The skyscraper is planned to have 792 apartments and rise 829 feet (252.7 m). It is designed by Rafael Vinoly as the first of a three phase development that includes an even taller 648-unit structure as the second phase and a 100-unit townhouse development with a public park as the third phase. Financing is a prerequisite to initial groundbreaking.

3. DUBAI MALL

The Dubai Mall is the world's largest shopping mall based on total area and fourteenth largest by gross leasable area. Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E), it is part of the 20-billion- dollar Downtown Dubai complex, and includes 1,200 shops. 4. ZONE-K YAS ISLAND

The project involves construction of a mixed use development consisting of 1, 400 residential units, three mixed use centres with mosques and 2 schools. The project will also include a residential club and retail space.

5. EXPRESSWAY - QATAR

The Doha Expressway is a significant infrastructure project being carried out in Doha, Qatar. It will connect the south of Doha with the north, and the east with the west. The project is a part of the country's road building program which is designed to reduce congestion, journey times and environmental impacts, and improve the flow of traffic. The project is being carried out in 13 phases/packages. In order to ensure smooth traffic flow, several underpasses, flyovers and interchanges are being built.

6. BLUE WATERS

Bluewaters Island is a development project under construction 500 metres (1,600 ft.) off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, near Dubai Marina, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Bluewaters Island will feature the AED 1 Billion ($270m) Dubai Eye, a 210-metre (689 ft.) tall giant Ferris wheel. It will include entertainment, hospitality, residential, and retail zones, and is forecast to attract more than three million visitors annually. 7. AL WAAB STADIUM

Al Waab is a settlement situated between the municipalities of Doha and Al Rayyan in Qatar. The settlement has witnessed tremendous growth beginning in the mid-1990s, resulting in the construction of numerous residential compounds to house expatriates, villas, and commercial and medical developments.

8. JVT School - UAE

Jumeirah Village Triangle is a residential development situated alongside Sheikh Zayed Road, the main highway running the length of Dubai. The residential properties are mainly small villas and townhouses with large gardens. Apartment buildings have yet to appear and are to be built on the fringes of the Triangle. JVT school is a three floor building which is still under construction. 9. AL-BAYT STADIUM
