Fire Emergency Services Jun 2006 – Apr 2015
Trained and mentored and monitored the progress of 22 personnel in daily inspection and maintenance of firefighting vehicles, and fire suppression systems. Established a standard operating procedure for a blended military-civilian duty station, leading to a 70% increase of qualified personnel. Emergency Medical Services; responded to medical emergencies, providing highest standard of care at a limited resource area by maintaining a continuous training program including tabletop exercises and drills; increasing from a 50% to a 70% success rate in medical qualifications.
