Responsibilities include: Supervision of Accounting staff and reporting processes, and coordination of HR and Facilities staff. I re-engineered information flow and management reporting systems and reports. As a key member of the Executive Management Committee, participated in the company re-structuring

of Sales and Consulting divisions, and implementation of new budget procedures and processes. I prepared Company for Public Offering/Sale. Establish and maintain banking relations and Lines of
