Converted one of the largest Hospital systems in Washington DC area, Inova Health System, from competitor TDaP to GSK TDaP onto a contract that was the first time they evaluated Vaccines as a system.
Aligned to Virginia Hospital Center’s need to obtain competitive pricing for vaccines for all their locations, this was the first system wide contract that VHC had ever done.
Transitioned the largest Pediatric account in VA, Pediatric Associates of Alexandria from my competition to Bexsero by aligning to their needs to have a shorter administration schedule.
Solidified full schedule change (all 11 of my products add to their vaccines schedule) for Pediatricare of Northern VA, Union Mill Pediatrics and Pediatrics International. Most pediatric offices rarely change their full schedule.
Led the State in accounts being signed up for Physician Buying Group contract that locked them into GSK’s best pricing and prevented competition from converting them back.
Aligning to key accounts by focusing on understanding the customers explicit needs, I was able to convert over 20 accounts from their current vaccine schedule to GSK vaccines in 2011.

Expanded the adult vaccine market to use Tdap, Hep-B and Hep-A in the primary care setting. Developed a customer understanding as to why they should protect their patients and then how to implement the vaccines in their offices.
